Meditation to Release Stress

When we feel good, our energy is flowing. And when we don’t feel great, our energy is most likely stagnant. By not dealing with the blockage, it causes more energy to get stuck and stagnant, attracting more stress, anxiety, anger, lack, etc.

It’s like a stream that’s dammed, the water becomes murky. But if it’s moving, the dirt moves downstream, and the force of the stream cleanses the water as it moves.
